Covid-19 Message & Protocols:

Dear D&M Bride

We hope you are all staying strong during this difficult time the world and our country is facing due to COVID-19 and the direct affect it has had on your wedding day. We understand that because a lot of your wedding guests won’t be able to enter our country and our government has restricted any social gathering you are now unable to have your wedding until further notice. Our hearts go out to each and every bride that finds themselves in this dilemma. We have put a lot of thought into this and have reaching out to all our fellow wedding suppliers to find a solution on how we can move forward from this.

Every single brides wedding is of upmost importance to us and we understand how devastating this is for you. Over the past few months the entire hospitality industry has had a huge amount of distress, disappointment and sadness. Therefore we would like to offer all our affected brides the opportunity to postpone their wedding to a new celebration date. We will secure the original artist that was confirmed for your wedding on the original date to the best of our ability and availability. Unfortunately we can only offer one postponement per wedding and we implore you to communicate your new wedding date with us as soon as possible. Postponements can be made only on basis of National Government rules, regulations and restrictions. All funds received will be saved and moved across to the new wedding date. Once you have decided on your new date and we have confirmed our availability, we request the outstanding balance (full payment) to be paid to secure the date for you.

All the original terms and conditions will remain unchanged. Please kindly make yourself aware of them at the bottom of our quotes and invoices.

If you are considering cancelling your wedding, please kindly note that all deposits paid are non-refundable. Each client’s needs are different and unique and therefore will be dealt with on a personal level directly with D&M management.

Booking your wedding during Covid-19 can be daunting we can assure you at D&M agency we will be taking the necessary precautions to secure your health and safety. We will be following the WHO rules and regulations while delivering your perfect bridal look.
